Before Purchasing a Membership
Important: Vernon Pickleball Association requires all members to have a current PCO # (Pickleball Canada Organization) membership
- If you are not an existing Pickleball Canada Member or your membership has expired, please go to pickleballcanada.org to register, and pay your PCO/PBC dues.

Membership Fees
Membership with the VPA for 2022 runs from January 1st to December 31st 2022:
Note: Membership Fees are Non Refundable and are not Pro-rated
- Adult New Membership $80 plus GST ($84.00)
- Adult Renewal $80 plus GST ($84.00)
- Youth (under 18) Membership $50 plus GST ($52.50)
Session Rates
Note: Unlimited Monthly Passes are Non Refundable
While our system allows you to pay for individual playing sessions on your credit card, in order to minimize our costs and administrative burden, our policy is that you purchase “club credits” in lump sum increments. These credits can then be applied towards monthly passes or court bookings. To support this policy, new members joining after February 28, 2022, will be required to add $100 to their club credit account at the time of joining.
- Member Unlimited Monthly Pass $60 plus GST per month ($63.00)
- Junior Member Unlimited Monthly Pass $20 plus GST ($21.00)
- Member Single Session Fee $8 plus GST for 2 hours of play ($8.40) (applicable to months when NOT on an Unlimited Monthly Pass plan)
- Junior Member Single Session Fee $4 plus GST for 2 hours of play ($4.20) (applicable to months when NOT on an Junior Unlimited Monthly Pass plan)
- Membership ID Replacement cards - a fee of $20 will be charged against a member’s playing credit account if they need to replace the original ID card given to them as part of their membership.
- Guest Fee $15 plus GST for 2 hours of play ($15.75)
- Adult Non Member Court Rental for 2 hours of play – $15 plus GST ($15.75) per person
- Junior Non Member Fee $8 plus GST for 2 hours of play ($8.40)
PLEASE Note: Due to COVID restrictions, all play must be pre-booked, no drop-in play
Ball Machine Usage
- The Club Ball Machine rate is $15 plus GST for 2 hours regardless of the number of users and includes the Practice Court 2 rental
- Personal Ball machines are able to be used by booking a regular court for 2 hours with applicable court fees to be paid for by a minimum 2 people
VPA Booking Cancellation Policy
Refunds
All refunds are by playing credits only. No credit card refunds
Monthly pass is non-refundable
Member and Non-Member pay per session play must give 24 hour cancellation notice
Exception: Illness on the day of scheduled play will be dealt with on an individual basis
Continued 'No Show' on the day will result in booking capability being blocked
Code of Conduct
As a member of the VPA, all players agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times when representing the VPA — both on and off the courts, and at any location. Click on the link below to read more.
